- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund to the payment method used on Biochemistry.la.
- The original email order confirmation, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
- Biochemistry.la does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Biochemistry.la will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
