Wash & Dry
If possible, wash your feet with soap and warm water. Thoroughly pat dry with a clean towel or dry with a hair dryer set on warm. If you can’t wash, try to get our feet as dry as possible.
Shake & Spray
Shake the bottle well. Holding it 4 to 6 inches from skin, spray directly onto the areas on the bottom of the foot where you feel pain.
Pause & Relax
Allow 2 to 5 minutes for the spray to dry completely before putting on socks, stockings or footwear. As the active ingredients penetrate over the next few minutes, your feet will progressively feel better: a process that takes about 10 minutes to reach full effect.
